If you only want to use the basic features provided by Fish Show, you can choose to  
turn on them after understanding the basic feature mode in Article 1.2.5 of this Privacy

To achieve business functions or as required by laws and regulations, we will collect  
and use your sensitive personal information when you use specific functions or services. We  
strictly protect sensitive personal information and will inform you of the business scenarios  
involving the processing of sensitive personal information through privacy policies,  
agreements, immediate notifications (such as in-site messages), etc., to remind you to pay

Camera (camera), album (storage), calendar, microphone permissions will not be  
enabled by default and will only be used when you explicitly authorize them for specific

application, Fish Show official website, Fish Show software development kit (SDK) and

to that specific privacy policy; if no separate privacy policy has been established, then this  
policy also applies to that part of the product or service.

When you register and log in to Fish Show and related services, you can create an  
account using your phone number, and you can also complete the relevant online identity  
verification information (avatar, nickname). Collecting this information is to help you  
complete the registration. You can also choose to fill in your gender, birthday, and signature  
to complete your information according to your own needs. Collecting phone numbers is  
necessary information to fulfill the national laws and regulations on real-name system (real  
identity information verification). If you refuse to provide your phone number for registration  
and login, we may not be able to provide you with functions such as content posting  
(including uploading videos).  
b. Based on our cooperation with the communication operator, when you use the  
"one-click login" function of Fish Show, with your explicit consent, we will process your  
phone number with the operator so that we can provide you with a quick login service.  
If you refuse the above processing, you will not be able to use the "one-click login"  
method to register and log in to Fish Show, but it will not affect your registration and login  
through other ways, nor will it affect the normal use of other functions.  
You can also use a third-party account to log in to "Fish Show". With your consent, we  
will obtain your public information (avatar, nickname and other information you authorize)  
registered on the third-party platform to bind with the Fish Show account, so that you can  
directly log in and use this product and related services.  
When you set or change your avatar, we will request you to authorize camera and  
album permissions. If you refuse to authorize the camera permission, you will not be able to  
set or change your avatar through photo uploading; if you refuse to authorize album  
permission, you will not be able to set or change your avatar by uploading album images, but  
this will not affect your normal use of other functions in Fish Show. When you scan the code  
to log in to the Fish Show web version, we will also request you to authorize camera  
permission.  
If you refuse to authorize the camera permission, you will not be able to log in the web  
version of Fish Show by scanning the code.  
1.2 Content browsing  
1.2.1 In order to ensure the quality of recommended content and recommend content  
and related information that may be of interest to you, Fish Show may collect relevant  
necessary log information.  
1.2.2 The above log information includes the behavior information of your operation  
and use: search, browse, click, download, like, collect, transaction, etc. (for the  
convenience of users who are not logged in, some of the information will be  
associated with your device information).  
1.2.3 We will display and recommend local information to you based on the city  
corresponding to your IP address.  
1.2.4 When you play videos and other operations, in order to adapt to your device  
status, we may call device sensors such as the accelerometer to identify the  
landscape and portrait status of your device.  
1.2.5 Basic functional mode  
After opening, only the basic functions are used. Personalized recommendation content  
cannot be seen. We will collect and use users personal information according to the  
notification received by users when using services or authorization made by users, user  
service agreement and privacy policy, and relevant provisions of laws and regulations.  
If you only wish to use the basic functionality mode provided by Fish Show, including  
browsing and search functions, you can choose to enter the basic functionality mode. In the  
basic functionality mode, Fish Show collects your personal information solely for the secure  
operation of the software and services according to relevant laws and regulations,  
specifically including network basic information (such as network type and IP address),  
device basic information (such as AndroidID), application basic information (such as App  
version), sensor information (such as accelerometer), and does not collect any other  
personal information about you. To ensure minimal necessary collection of your personal  
information, you can only use our products and services in browsing mode (i.e., unlogged  
state), and when using the basic functionality mode, you cannot use a variety of rich services  
such as registration/logging in, content recommendation, activity participation, etc., and  
historical browsing records before entering the basic functionality mode cannot be viewed,  
but you can restore browsing records after exiting the basic functionality mode. After  
enabling the basic functionality mode, you need to close Fish Show and reopen it to take  
effect.  
1.3 Search  
When you use the search service of Fish Show, we will collect your search keyword  
information and log records. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the above  
information will be temporarily stored in your local storage device, and you can show the  
content of search results and search history records.  
1.4 Sharing and others  
1.4.1 When you use the appointment reminder or check-in function (if applicable), we  
will apply for calendar permission and prompt you to check-in. If you refuse to  
authorize the provision, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect  
your normal use of other functions of Fish Show.  
1.4.2 When you share or receive shared information, participate in activities, etc., we  
need to access your clipboard, photos, and read the passwords, sharing codes, links,  
QR codes contained therein to achieve functions or services such as redirection,  
sharing, and activity linkage. We only perform local judgment on the information in  
the clipboard and photos on the device and do not transmit this information back to  
the server. Some mobile device systems may prompt that an app is reading the  
clipboard or photos, but these system prompts cannot distinguish whether the  
processing is done locally on the client or uploaded to the server, and due to  
differences in statistical methods, there is a possibility of false alarms. Therefore, if  
you encounter such prompts and have any questions, please contact us so that we  
can locate the issue.  
1.4.3 When you participate in various activities (if any), we will record the situation of  
receiving rewards and other conditions to enable you to use the relevant functions of  
the activities normally.  
1.5 Message notification  
You acknowledge and agree that during the use of our products and/or services, we may  
send various types of notifications to one or more of the contact methods (such as telephone  
numbers) you provide for purposes including user message notifications, identity verification,  
security verification, and user experience surveys; additionally, we may also send  
commercial information such as services, features, or marketing activities that you might be  
interested in via SMS or phone numbers collected during the aforementioned processes.  
Please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe  
through the cancellation method provided in the SMS or contact us directly to unsubscribe.  
1.6 Operation and safety assurance  
1.6.1 Operation and safety  
We are committed to providing you with safe and reliable products and usage environments,  
and offering high-quality, efficient, and reliable services and information is our core objective.  
To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect the legitimate interests of you,  
other users, or the public from harm, we will collect necessary information for maintaining  
the safe and stable operation of products or services.  
1.6.2 Device information and log information  
To ensure the secure operation and quality and efficiency of software services, we will  
collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (such as  
IMEI, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, SIM card information (such as ICCID), GAID, MEID, hardware  
serial number (SN), IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers may vary in validity period, whether they  
can be reset by the user, and acquisition methods), network device hardware address  
(device MAC address), IP address, WLAN access point (such as SSID, BSSID), base  
station, Bluetooth (Bluetooth), software version number, network access method, type,  
status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, device sensor data (such as  
accelerometer sensor).  
b. In order to prevent malicious programs and ensure the quality and efficiency of operations,  
we will collect information about installed applications or running processes, software lists or  
running process information, overall operation and usage frequency of applications,  
application crashes, overall installation and usage, performance data, and source of  
applications.  
c. In order to analyze the statistical indicators such as new applications, activation, retention  
and performance, we may call the clipboard to conduct attribution analysis on the relevant  
statistical information. Please rest assured that we will not collect your private information.  
D. We may use your account information, device information, service log information and  
information that our affiliates and partners can obtain with your authorization or in  
accordance with the law, to determine account status and transaction security, conduct

In order to ensure that the Fish Show can normally receive client push messages when  
it is closed or running in the background, the Fish Show needs to use its self-starting  
capability to send a certain frequency through the system to broadcast and wake up the  
applications self-starting or associated starting behavior, which is necessary to achieve the  
function and service.  
1.7 Change of purpose for collecting and using personal information  
Please understand that as our business develops, we may make adjustments and  
changes to the functions and services provided by Fish Show. In principle, when new  
functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the  
personal information collected and used will have a direct or reasonable connection with the  
original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection  
with the original processing purpose, we will inform and explain to you again according to the

Please note that if the information cannot be used alone or in combination with other  
information to identify your personal identity, it does not constitute your personal information  
under the law; when your information can be used alone or in combination with other  
information to identify your personal identity, or when we are unable to associate any  
specific personal information with data from other personal information you provide, this

providers, smart device providers, and system service providers collaborate with us to  
provide services to you, we may aggregate and form indirect audience profiles by using the

information that you may be interested in, or to recommend, display more suitable specific  
functions, services, or commercial advertisements for you.  
Based on our cooperation with communication operators when you use the "One-Click  
Login" feature of Fish Show with your consent we will use your phone number to provide you  
with a quick login service through the operator. Refusing the above usage will result in you  
being unable to register and log in to Fish Show via the "One-Click Login" method but it will  
not affect your ability to register and log in through other methods nor will it affect the normal  
use of other functions.  
c. In order to adapt the message push function to the terminal model you use, terminal  
device manufacturers (Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, VIVO, Meizu, etc.) may use your phone  
model, version and related device information through SDK and other technologies.  
3.1.6 Data usage for advertising and promotion services  
a. Advertising Push and Placement: In order to achieve advertising and promotion as well as  
related analysis services, and to optimize and improve the effective reach of advertising and  
promotion, the following partners need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network,  
channel information, location and tag information:  
Advertiser/promoter, or a partner providing advertising and promotion as well as related  
analytics services; a partner providing advertising and promotion as well as related analytics  
services in cooperation with the advertiser/promoter.  
b. Statistical Analysis: Partners who conduct advertising and promotion and provide related  
analysis services may need to use your device, network, advertising and promotion clicks,  
browsing, display, and conversion data to analyze, measure, and improve the effectiveness  
of advertising and promotion services.  
c. Use of Information by Cooperators: Advertising and promotion partners may combine the  
above information with other data they have legally obtained to optimize the effect of  
advertising and promotion. We will require them to use the information in accordance with  
the principles of legality, propriety and necessity to protect users legitimate rights from  
infringement.  
d. Information left behind: When you actively fill in your contact information, address and  
other information in the advertisement and promotion display page provided by the  
advertiser/promoter or its commissioned service provider, this information may be directly

account security, when we identify that the mobile phone number used for logging in to your  
account poses a risk of secondary number placement, we will provide your mobile phone  
number and the time of account registration to the telecommunications operator for  
secondary number verification to safeguard your account security.  
b. Analyze product usage: In order to analyze the usage and performance of our products  
and improve the user experience, our partners may need to use information such as the  
source and usage of the product (crash, flashback, duration of use), device identification  
information, and overall installation and usage of the application.

ability in relevant fields and promote the level of scientific and technological development,  
we may use de-identified or anonymous data with cooperating research institutes,  
universities and other institutions under the premise of ensuring data security and proper

3.1.8 Help you participate in marketing campaigns  
When you choose to participate in marketing activities organized by us and our partners, to  
ensure that you receive consistent service experiences or to have our partners promptly  
fulfill rewards to you, we and our partners may need to use your name, mailing address,  
contact information, bank account number, etc. (the information used in different activities  
may vary, please refer to the specific rules of the activity). Refusing such usage may affect  
your participation in related activities but will not impact other functions.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide Fish Show  
and services, such as:  
Mobile phone number: When you use your mobile phone number to register and log in, we  
need to keep your mobile phone number continuously so as to provide you with normal  
services, respond to your possible inquiries and complaints, and ensure your account and  
system security.  
We will retain your collection, likes, check-ins and related information for as long as you do  
not withdraw, delete or cancel your account to provide you with continuous business  
functions.  
If you cancel your account, actively delete your personal information or exceed the  
necessary period of time, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in  
the following cases:  
Comply with the requirements of laws and regulations on information retention (for example:  
The E-commerce Law stipulates that commodity and service information and transaction  
information shall be retained for no less than three years from the date of transaction  
completion). Reasonable extension periods are required for purposes such as financial,

emails, letters, text messages, and other relevant means. If it is difficult to notify each

to "Me", "Settings", "About Fish Show", and selecting "Understand and Manage  
Personalized Recommendations". When you choose to turn off personalized  
recommendations, you will no longer be shown the "Recommendations" channel, and you  
will not be able to enjoy personalized recommendation services, but you can still continue  
browsing non-personalized recommendation content such as Boys Channel, Girls Channel,  
and Publications Channel.  
You can choose to turn off or on personalized ads in "My" - "Settings" - "About Fish Show" -  
"Understanding and Managing Ad Feed". Personalized ads are one of the ad display  
technologies that allow advertisers to make intelligent recommendations based on your  
preferences within their app. When you turn off personalized ads, you will no longer receive  
such ads, but you will still see ads; the number of ads will not change, but the relevance of  
the ads will decrease.  
b. Withdraw the features used for personalized recommendations  
You can turn off system permissions through the path provided in this policy [7.1.1]. After  
turning off the permission, we will no longer collect information related to the permission for  
personalized recommendations.  
c. Other control and feedback  
If you are not interested in the content we recommend for you, you can choose "not  
interested" or other options to reduce the recommendation of similar content.
